Terms and Conditions of Business:

We guarantee the genuine on all of our artworks for sale.

2-1. The shipping and insurance fee vary according to your selected delivery address and the weight or shape of artworks. The cost for shipping and insurance will be calculated and informed you directly.

As we ship via EMS, the artwork gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by county depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service. Tracking numbers will be provided to you after we place your order.

2-2. The shipping fee will be applied to all international purchases. Please inquiry for the shipping fee along with your order.

3-1. For bank wire transfer:
Our bank information will be provided to you directly. Please make a payment in JPY.

3-2. For Wise online money transfer:
・We accept a payment (JPY) to Wise account.
・Please search our Wise account (Rei Morina) using g.youyou10@gmail.com to select it as the recipient.

3-3. For Credit card payment through Square online invoice:
An online invoice will be sent to you via email after your order is finalized. You can pay in one click at “Make Payment” and please follow easy steps to provide credit card information.
・The online invoice is for only one-time payment. If you prefer a payment by installments, please contact your credit card company to change your payment method.
・The online invoice is valid for 7days after it’s emailed to you.
・Credit card processing fee is 4% of your total purchase. The fee is added to your online invoice.

If your payment is not confirmed in 7 business days, your order will be canceled. The length of the payment arrival to our bank will vary depending on the policy of the international wire transfers in your bank. Please inform us via E-mail once you send us the payment.

We cannot accept returning or refunding because of the regulation for importing artworks varies depending on the country.

The recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination. Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.
